Delicias, Chih.\u2013 Autoridades determinaron la demolici\u00f3n de una vivienda ubicada en el cruce de avenida D\u00e9cima y calle 39, en el sector sur, luego del incendio registrado la ma\u00f1ana de este viernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los primeros informes, el inmueble qued\u00f3 severamente da\u00f1ado tras el siniestro, lo que representaba un riesgo para quienes habitan en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se indic\u00f3 que la propiedad contaba con antecedentes de incidentes similares, lo que increment\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n por la seguridad en el \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se opt\u00f3 por el derribo como medida preventiva, con el objetivo de evitar nuevos incidentes y proteger a los vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal de distintas dependencias permaneci\u00f3 en el lugar para coordinar y supervisar las maniobras correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
